The chart below graphs the median prices of homes in Sarasota/Bradenton. Since August of 2007 prices are hovering in a band between $240,000 and $270,000. This looks like a stabilization period.
Below are the condominium prices and sales for Sarasota/Bradenton. Condos appear to be trading in a band since May of 2007 from $246,000 to $264,000. Wreaks of stabilization.
