Siesta Key condo in The Terrace East under contract

I took a listing in Terrace East on Siesta Key recently and I am glad to say that it has gone under contract. This condo is located in the Siesta Key village. It was priced at $899,000. It actually sold prior to going on the Sarasota MLS. ;-)

In a market like this, a successful real estate transaction needs 3 things - good marketing, the correct price and knowledgeable representation. If you have a good Realtor and marketing but the wrong price the property will sit. If you have the right price, good marketing but your representation is not very good your transaction may have trouble. If you have the right price, good representation but poor marketing your property will most likely sit without selling.
