	Alinari at Rosemary Place An exciting new development on the north side of downtown near the arts district.
	Atrium on Ringling Located at 1750 Ringling Avenue in the interior of downtown. This 88 unit building is scheduled to break ground in 2006.
	Bay Plaza Built in the 1980's these condo residences offer some of the best values in terms of location and water views.
	Beau Ciel This lovely waterfront condo complex was built in 2003. It is located within walking distance to the new Quay revelopment project. Beau Ciel has spectacular water and sunset views.
