Lido Key Condos
Lido Key is a smaller island than Siesta Key or Longboat Key therefore it does not have as many condominiums. Lido Key condo prices are comparable to prices of condos on Siesta Key and Longboat Key.
I often get asked which island is better or what location is a better investment. I think each key has its own pros and cons and it really comes down to personal preference.
If you would like to own a condo on or near the beach and be within walking distance to shopping, fine dining, ice cream shops, bookstores, coffee houses and beachy cafe's then you will want to look at condos on Lido Key.
