This website is not the actual Sarasota Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The Sarasota Board of Realtors only allows members of the board to access the Sarasota MLS system. My website contains almost all of the properties actively for sale. This website was created to help people easily see what is actively for sale in the marketplace. It was not created to deceive the public into thinking that this was the actual Sarasota MLS system.
