This is a gulf to bay condominium complex is situated on sixteen lush tropical acres extending from the Gulf of Mexico to Sarasota Bay.
Sandy Cove
This complex is located just to the north of Siesta Key village. Residents enjoy a very private, lush area within a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Sandy Cove has its own private, relaxing beach. The water is crystal clear and very inviting. From the beach you can see views of Lido Key, the intercoastal waterway and downtown Sarasota.
Whispering Sands
This is another great Siesta Key condo complex. It is located near the village and is convenient to everything. This is a 55+ community with lots of fun activities. There are two towers on the beach with wonderful views of the ocean and numerous villas within a short walk to the beach.
Palm Bay Club
This is one of the most sought after Siesta Key condo complexes. It is located at a wonderful part of the beach. The condo units in the tower, which are directly on the beach, have breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. There are also less expensive low rise units within a short stroll to the beach.
Gulf and Bay
Located on Crescent beach, this complex has 3 large heated pools, 8 tennis courts, a fitness facility, and a fresh water lake in the center. These units can be rented with a one month minimum.
Sarasota Surf and Racquet
Located on the ever popular Crescent beach with many of the units having wonderful views of the water. This complex allows short term rentals with an on-site rental office. Amenities include 2 heated pools, clubhouse with a kitchen, exercise room, tennis courts, and picnic areas on the beach.

This is one of my favorite condos to show because of the lovely views of the Sarasota bay. This complex is located on the southern most part of Siesta Key, near Turtle beach. The building is situated so the unit views are to the east, overlooking the bay.
Siesta Gulf View
As you can see from the photo all of the units in this complex have astounding views of the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key Beach. Located just south of the Siesta Key village and directly on the beach this is one of the more popular condo complexes on the island.
Bay Oaks
This Siesta Key condo community is blessed with lush oak trees, a convenient location near the beach and wonderful views of the bay. There is a mid rise building in the center of the complex near the swimming. The rest of the condominiums consist mostly of 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouses and 1 bedroom/1 bath units on the ground floor.
Casarina
A luxurious beachfront condominium complex that is within steps to the powdery white sands of Siesta Key beach. Imagine waking up to the soothing sounds of The Gulf of Mexico. This is Siesta Key living at it's finest.
Crystal Sands
This is one of the most noticeable landmarks on Siesta Key beach. A popular destination because of the fabulous ocean views, amenities and sugary white sands within steps of your home. Crystal Sands is a definite must see if you are looking to purchase a beachfront condo on Siesta Key beach.
Harbor Towers
An inviting and well maintained Siesta Key bayfront condominium across the street from Siesta Key public beach. Many of the units have great views of the intercoastal and Gulf of Mexico. This complex has tons of amenities from tennis courts, boat docks, exercise room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. This is a great spot if you are looking for a weekend getaway or a winter home.
Island Reef
Put this Siesta Key condo on your list to see if you are looking for a beachfront complex with a more private, quiet feel. Located on the south part of the island near Turtle beach it is away from the activity of mid island. Island Reef is maintained very well and many of the units have gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.
